Attorney at Law Sebastian Vorberg, LL.M. (Houston) is a specialist attorney for medical law and owner of the law firm Vorberg.Law in Hamburg.

Attorney Vorberg studied business administration and law in Hamburg, Heidelberg, Berlin and in the USA. In doing so, he specialized in medical law issues at an early stage. He also gained practical experience as head of the legal department of a medium-sized pharmaceutical company and in a law firm for medical liability law.

Today, Attorney Vorberg’s focus is on medical innovation. In addition to doctors, clinics and health insurance companies, his clients also in particular include start-ups in the field of internet medicine as well as numerous innovative digital medical devices. The legal and strategic consulting spectrum ranges from medical law, data protection and social law to the certification of health apps as medical devices.

In addition to his work as a lawyer Sebastian Vorberg is also involved as the spokesperson of the board of the Bundesverband Internetmedizin e.V. (BiM) and is himself promoter of innovative projects in the field of digitalization of medicine.

Furthermore, Sebastian Vorberg is a speaker on all topics related to digital disruption in healthcare as well as lecturer in the master’s program ‘Medicine in Hospital Management’ at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität in Kiel.

In his private life, the father of two is a passionate sailor and book author.
