Dipl.-Jur. Philip Kopf is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and authorized signatory at QuR.digital as well as legal associate at the law firm Vorberg.Law.

Kopf studied economics and law at the Universität Hamburg. During his studies he already specialized in the areas of medical devices and data protection law at an early stage. He has been employed at the law firm of attorney Sebastian Vorberg since 2014 and assumed significant responsibility there after the formation of QuR.digital.

His advisory focus is on supporting manufacturers of innovative (primarily digital) medical devices and digital health applications (DiGA) in the context of establishing compliance with the relevant regulations (MDR/IVDR) and standards (e.g. ISO 13485) as well as in the area of data protection and information security (ISO 27701).

In addition to his work, Philip Kopf is also speaker on the topics of data protection, data security and medical device regulation at various associations, organizations and professional societies.
